Delivery Times

We aim to despatch your order within three to five working days (Monday-Friday, no Saturday postage). Bespoke artworks will require longer. Please allow 2 weeks from order confirmation.

  

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt and we will refund or exchange the item.

Please contact us in writing at mail@sundaebest.co.uk to let us know the reason for returns.

You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost. We recommend you obtain proof of posting and use a signed for service as claims for lost returns parcels will not be accepted should the item go missing in transit.

Once the item has been received by us, we will refund the price of the item using the same method originally used by you to pay for it, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested.

Faulty Items

If within 7 days upon you receiving your item you discover a fault please let us know straight away. All faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. You will then have an option to get a full refund or have it exchanged. Refunds are not available after 7 days.
